Time: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM CDT
Registration: Sorry, public registration for this event has been closed.
Event Description:
Millennials work habits and values are different from Baby Boomers and Gen Xers.  They care more about work life balance and less about money. And they are entering the workforce at record rates. Dale Carnegie Training in partnership with MSW/ASR research conducted a study among millennials to find out what drives engagement with this emerging workforce.
Join Birmingham Business Alliance's Birmingham Regional Enterprise Council on April 26 for a workshop as we uncover the employee engagement drivers that are unique to millennials and learn how all the current generations in the workforce can work together to be successful. You’ll learn why employee engagement matters, understand the values important to millennials and what drives engagement in millennials.
